Our Story

The closest airport to the venue, Abbazia di San Guisto, is Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO), which is approximately 72km away.From there, it's about 1 hour 20 minute drive to the town of Tuscania &amp; the Abbey. Getting there Italy is not really known for their reliable public transport, so we would recommend renting a car to get to and from Tuscania, it also makes it significantly easier to get around while you are there. That being said, there is also a Train option from FCO Airport to Civitavecchia Port Of Rome and from there there is a bus. Takes about 2H &amp; 20M if a car is not an option. Transportation on the day We plan to set up a Shuttle to bring you between Tuscania Town Center and the Abbey on the wedding day. We will give you more information about this closer to the date. Accommodations In Tuscania, you’ll find plenty of accommodation options - hotels, B&amp;Bs, and Airbnbs, all just a short five-minute drive from the venue into the town center. Easy, Breezy, Beautiful! (& Handsome)

Since our wedding will be in August in the countryside, it’ll likely be warm during the day (30°+) so a little sunscreen wouldn't hurt. It should get a little cooler in the evening while we dance our booties off! Just a little reminder to wear something breathable for the heat- wear whatever makes you feel comfortable while bringing fun Italian wedding vibes! Also, there will be plenty of grass and a some steps to navigate, so sky-high heels might not be your best friends- but hey, you’ve been warned! There is no boring stiff dress code, wear what you love, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you all!

As we head to Italy to say 'I do,' we've decided to keep things light. We are choosing not to have a traditional gift registry as we really don't want to bring home 3 toasters and you probably don't want to pack them. Your presence is honestly the greatest gift.
